Dunkin Donuts Silver Spring

SOS Retail Services is requesting proposals for the renovation of an existing vacant credit union for a new freestanding Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combination store with a drive through, counter -service and interior and exterior dining. The start date is anticipated to be October 5th, 2020 and span 7 weeks. The scope of work will include; Site electrical, paving, concrete, signage, and handicap upgrades. complete exterior repainting, roof patch, roof equipment removal, storefront demolition, wall infill and siding. Interior content removal, salvage and complete interior demolition to framing including all MEP systems. New framing, drywall, FRP, ACT, tile, doors frames and hardware, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, paint and wallcovering and owner supplied casework, equipment and furnishings.

I have included attached plans, specifications, equipment cut sheets, Landlord requirements, existing site pictures taken July 30TH 2020 and site map.
